The $2 Billion Ponzi is Finally Facing Justice. The SEC's complaint filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York alleges Bitconnect used a network of promoters who provided testimonial-style videos on YouTube encouraging retail investors to purchase securities as part of its "lending program", violating US Securities law.
